What is the practical difference between NC machining and CNC machining?
NC machining is optimized for standard rotational and simple prismatic parts with lower cost and higher speed for batches. CNC machining supports multi-axis complex geometries with higher precision, suitable for complex and precision parts.
What is the minimum order quantity for NC machining?
For standard parts, we recommend MOQ of 100 pieces for optimal cost, but we also accept small batch orders of 10-50 pieces on request.
Can you produce threaded parts and fasteners via NC turning?
Yes. We support external threads, internal threads, pipe threads and custom thread specifications with full gauge verification.
Do you provide automatic lathe machining for micro parts?
Yes, we have automatic NC lathes for high-volume production of small precision hardware and fasteners.
