For medium to large size parts with lower tooling cost; suitable for cast iron, carbon steel, aluminum alloys; part weight from 0.5kg to 500kg

Custom Metal Casting FAQ
What is the difference between investment casting and sand casting?
Investment casting offers higher dimensional accuracy, better surface finish and capability for complex thin-wall parts, with higher tooling cost. Sand casting has lower tooling cost and is suitable for larger, simpler parts with lower precision requirements.
Can castings be heat treated for improved strength?
Yes. We offer normalizing, quenching, tempering, annealing and solution treatment to adjust hardness, tensile strength and toughness according to performance requirements.
What dimensional tolerances can casting achieve?
Investment casting typically reaches CT4-CT6 grade; sand casting reaches CT8-CT10 grade. Critical features can be further tightened via post-casting CNC machining.
Do you provide pressure tight castings for valve and pump applications?
Yes. We design gating and feeding systems specifically for pressure-containing parts, with leak testing available to verify sealing performance.
